Ballymoney Rotary has 37 members from all walks of life both male and female coming together in an atmosphere of fun and fellowship dedicated to making the World a better place.

Our main objective is making a difference — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world.

At the core of the Rotary organization lies its own charity known as the Rotary Foundation, a global grant mechanism regarded as one of the top five most effective charities in the world. This year sees The 100th anniversary of the Rotary Foundation, celebrating a global investment of $4 billion to advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.

While fundraising forms an important part of what Rotary does, it is far from the whole picture.

Ballymoney Rotary has the slogan FUN and FELLOWSHIP

We have Rotarians, who in their day job work in offices yet for

ROTARY are prepared to roll up their sleeves , plant flowers, paint
walls and dig trenches to help with a project

We have Rotarians who organise a tree of remembrance annually each Christmas

We have Rotarians who organise Microfinance grants to improve the lives of poor people abroad develop their business schemes

     We have Rotarians saving the lives of young school leavers      through our driver awareness programme.
